Well... we are not going to New York to be a part of Regis and Kelly's beautiful baby contest darn it...the top ten where pretty cute, but I still think I have such a cute lady. She is already 9 months old which I find hard to believe...9 months of pregnancy felt so much longer. Lottie has such a fun personality, always happy and smiling... and never ever sits still. She loves playing with her dad but has to have her mom when she is tired or wants to cuddle, melts my heart a little and confuses dad a lot. She has already said her name, she is such a smart little girl, even if she didn't know that was what she was saying... it clearly was! She never stops talking and making such cute noises. If we distract her enough she will stand up by herself until she realizes whats going on, not like cousin Elle who already took a couple of steps but we will get there. Every time music comes on she has to dance...love it. She growls, its especially funny at church when it is all quiet...what? did that just come out of a baby? She has curly hair like mommas...oh I am so happy I hope it stays. She has the cutest little nose...thanks dad! and her eyes squint shut just like her dads when she smiles. Dave says that can be dangerous if you are trying to move at the same time, as the squint can impair your vision slightly! I could go on and on I am sure. We are so glad to have a happy healthy baby and we love her lots and lots! I just wish she would slow down a little, I am not ready to let her grow up. We are so excited to come home so you can enjoy Lottie as much as we do. See you in 18 days!!!!!
Its a shame you couldn't go to NYC for the Regis and Kelly show but if its any consolation when Raven saw Lottie's picture at the top she said in her high squeaky I'm talking to a baby voice "Cute baby, cute cute cute". What a beautiful girl. Love her eyes. She's in such a fun stage right now but its going to get better and better.
ReplyDeleteoh Lottie I just can't wait to see that squinty smile that we miss so much. I can't wait til you and evie can entertain eachother. I know you are part Powelson so with that comes some mischief, please do not teach evie anything that she doesn't already know. I think that regis didn't pick you cause then your mom would have to worry about what she wore to NYC and you don't need that kind of stress around you. can't wait to see you in almost 17 days

ReplyDeleteAhh!! So sorry, they just don't know what they are midding! I love the squinty eye picture, I can't wait to kiss that cute face, I wish it was only eighteen days for us!! Lottie getting Evie into mischief...do think Britt is one of those mom's that thinks her kid can do no wrong, hee hee. I would be worried about all that Evster will be teaching her cousins! Love ya!
